We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 14 days (UK) or 30
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Unwashed and free from odours or stains
Returned with original tags and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Please note that returns must be requested before sending an item back — items sent without approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email hoodsgalore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.
After inspection, you’ll be notified of your refund or exchange status.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is paid by the customer, except in cases of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
We will cover return shipping only for faulty or wrongly sent products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, return the original and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Custom or personalised products, as well as sale items, are eligible for return under our policy unless stated otherwise.
European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
